(CRM) systems.
Ease of Use
SumNet’s Electronic Information Distribution System
(EIDS) provides a user friendly, intuitively self-evident
interface. Clients need no special hardware or
software: an internet connection is the only requirement.
Clients are able to initiate and manage broadcasts
from any location simply by connecting to our
website.

Systems Reliability & Scalability
To ensure continuous reliability we have designed
our system and procedures with a variety of checks
that monitor transmission systems integrity and optimize
performance and capacity on a continuous basis.
The following is a sampling of techniques that we use
to ensure that our system remains continually ready
for your use:
- System redundancy and hot spare components
- Complete daily backups to guarantee data integrity
in case of accidental erroneous changes
- Analysis of broadcast histories by our operations
staff to identify unusual patterns
- Test environment with beta clients to test new
components before they are moved to production
- Complete scalability, with no limits on the number
of recipients or frequency of transmission
List Management And Error Handling
Clients use our system to automatically maintain,
edit or upload lists in “real time.” Lists can also be updated
as frequently as needed via web interface, phone,
fax, or email at the client’s discretion. Clients may provide
or request lists in any industry recognized format
including text, Excel, Word, or Access.
Advanced quality assurance processes and systems
ensure that broadcasts are sent to the appropriate lists
with the correct content and personalization elements.
These processes include the ability to send test broadcasts
to clients for confirmation in advance of the actual
broadcast and activity logs that contain detailed
information about all transmissions, including date
and time stamp of accepted delivery.
Our system automatically corrects a wide variety
of mis-typed email addresses and reports them back to
the sender. “Bounced back” emails can be redirected directly
to the client or collected on our system to help
identify non-deliverable or non-functional addresses.
For fax broadcast, we perform periodic research of
wrong numbers to determine corrections or deletions
and keep track of area code and country code changes.
Clients are notified of any corrections to their lists
prior to any changes being made.

Service Flexibility
SumNet’s system is capable of handling dynamic
content that may change from recipient to recipient
even within a single distribution list. Lists can be subdivided
into multiple groups with each group receiving
customized messages from unique recipients. Alternatively,
automatic mail-merge fields can be inserted into
the broadcast and merged with required information.
For specialized requirements our programmers will
custom design a broadcast solution.
Security
Strict confidentiality and security is integral to our
systems because of our focus on global financial institutions.
We have multiple, sophisticated security components
and have implemented strict security personnel
procedures including periodic internal security
audits to ensure client information security. These
strict procedures have earned us the trust of our clients
to send out confidential, time sensitive information.
We have a strict confidentiality policy and procedures
covering all aspects of our internal and external
operations. All information and transmission data disclosed
or provided to us will be used only for the purposes
of electronic distribution in accordance with client’s instructions.
