CHALLENGE:
The Capital Markets area of a global investment bank needed
to transmit highly confidential client-specific portfolio statements to hundreds
of clients on a weekly basis.
SOLUTION:
Working with the bank’s developers, we
designed and implemented an application to capture
client-specific data from the bank’s internal
database, and transmit it to our system in encrypted
form for broadcast via facsimile and e-mail.
Extensive crosschecking controls were added to
ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
